I am now finally committed to getting back on ww. I have been procrastinating for so long. I have actually not lost any weight. I feel awful. Now I just need to convince my bestie that she should come walking with me again. If I don't have her support I will just continue to balloon up! She loves me so I'm sure she will do it! :)
I will reward myself for every 5 lbs I lose with something just to keep me motivated. I will have to work that list up soon.
