Well as you can see in my previous post I have lost a total of 10 lbs. I am really happy about that.
My goals for this week are to continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day and to rack up at least 24 APs. I also need to find a good multi-vitamin to take. The ones I was taking make me nauseous and make me feel icky. Other than that I will just stay on plan this week. I am really proud of how well I am following the plan. That would be impossible to do without the online tracker. Its just too easy and its almost fun.
