I totally forgot to mention this....
I got a second little note from Weight Watchers stating that I was losing weight too quickly. I agree. I should only be losing 1 - 2 pounds a week. So I started eating all of my AP points and I will be eating at least 1/2 of my flex points. I feel its too much but I don't wanna lose it too fast. Hopefully this helps lose less but not gain more.
